EASY BBQ PORK RUBS
SERVES 2 | 3 MINS PREP | 10 MINS COOK TIME
INGREDIENTS
2 New Zealand pork chops, steaks, or cutlets
ZESTY
1 Tbsp finely grated lemon rind
1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
1 tsp salt
AROMATIC
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp caraway seeds
1 tsp salt
LEMON PEPPER
1 Tbsp finely grated lemon rind
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
METHOD
Mix the ingredients together In a bowl.
Sprinkle the rub over your pork and massage it in.
Heat your pan or barbecue to medium high. Add a little oil.
Cook the pork for 6 minutes - use a timer.
Flip the pork and cook the other side for 2 minutes.
Take the pork off the heat and rest it for at least 2 minutes before serving.
