Pulled Pork Pizzas

SERVES 6 | 12 MINS PREP | 10 MINS COOK TIME
INGREDIENTS
400g pulled pork
⅓ c pizza sauce
6 fresh mini pizza bases
4 c shredded pizza blend or mozzarella cheese
8 cherry tomatoes, quartered
METHOD
Make a batch of pulled pork or defrost some you've made previously.
Preheat oven to 240°C bake/220°C fan forced.
Place pizza bases on a large baking tray lined with baking paper.
Spread bases with pizza sauce and sprinkle with half of the cheese. Evenly top each with pulled pork and tomatoes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden and melted.
