Aussie Butcher New Lynn's 100% free range turkeys are locally sourced from North Canterbury. 

Frozen turkeys defrosted for you. If it is still cold to touch, and the external temperature is below 8°c, then your product will still be fine to re-freeze.

Our large, grain-fed turkeys consistently produce up to 35% breast meat. (It's Christmas - you need to be able to have seconds ... or thirds ... or fourths.)
