BACON SPAGHETTI
SERVES 6 | 10 MINS PREP | 15 MINS COOK TIME
INGREDIENTS
300g streaky bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 packet dried spaghetti
- 3 tbsp chives, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200g parmesan cheese, grated
METHOD
Heat a large pot of salted water until simmering.
Add spaghetti and cook for 12 minutes, or as specified on the packet.
Drain the spaghetti using a colander. Add to a large bowl and mix through olive oil, chives and chopped bacon.
Top with grated parmesan cheese and serve immediately. If you don't have parmesan, any cheese will do!
